No, we are unable to put accounts on hold. If you would like to maintain your progress towards a Funded Account™, you will have to keep an active, paid subscription. That subscription is billed once a month regardless of any trading activity.
If you decide to cancel your account, you will lose any progress you have made and will have to start over at Step 1 should you ever decide to return to TopstepFX™. If you wish to cancel your account please email support@topstepfx.com.
